Gîtes Le Lait in La Comelle is situated on the D114 between Autun & Luzy just off the N81. Take exit D114 on N81 towards St Leger s/Beuvray. You will find our gîte after 1.5km on the left hand side, at the Impasse du Lait sign to enter the small road leading up to the house.

Booking conditions

• The holiday house is fully equipped and furnished. The rental prices are weekly and inclusive of towels and bed linen, end cleaning, heating and electricity as well as local taxes. We also provide hamam towels by the pool. Wood is provided when the stove is used (outside of summer season).
  
  
  
• Reservations are accepted when they are confirmed by Gîtes Le Lait via email.
  
  
• To secure a reservation we require a non-refundable down payment of 50%. The remainder is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. When a reservation is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival the entire amount is due upon confirmation.
  
  
• In case of cancellation between 4-6 weeks prior to arrival 50% of the total amount is due. In case of cancellation within 4 weeks or less, or during your stay, the entire stay is due and non-refundable.
  
  
• During their stay in the gîte the tenant is liable for any damage to the house, the furniture and all equipment that goes with it. Any damage caused by the tenant and/or his travel companions will be reimbursed to the letter.
  
  
• Arrivals are between 16h00 and 20h00; Departure is before 10h00.
  
  
• Pets and smoking inside the house are not allowed.
